Appointment of Dave Mariano to Spearhead Vital Growth Initiatives
We are pleased to announce the well-deserved promotion of David Mariano to the position of Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for Bridge and its portfolio companies, which include TransTech Energy (TransTech), Bendel Tank & Heat Exchanger (Bendel), Maddox Industrial Group (MIG), Metalforms, and ESI, as well as TransTech’s partner, Bridge Industries.
In this new role, Dave will continue as a TransTech executive leadership team member, reporting directly to Bridge Industries Founder & President Jeffrey H. Berlin. This strategic advancement serves as a testament to Dave's exceptional leadership and invaluable contributions that he has consistently displayed throughout the organization.
Since joining Bridge Industries in early 2021, Dave has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory. In his previous role as Director of Corporate Development, Dave led Bridge and TransTech's corporate development efforts and successfully integrated three strategic acquisitions and provided continuous support for their management and strategic expansion efforts. We are confident that Dave will carry forward these successful initiatives in his new role.
