Each and every tank we deliver is manufactured to the highest quality standards and constructed in full accordance with the latest edition of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code, section VIII, Division I, II and III for 250 PSIG MAWP or any pressure you desire.
We use only the highest quality carbon steel—and all materials are rigorously tested prior to fabrication. All steel used in tank production—including all related fittings—meets ASTM Low Temperature Carbon Steel standards, ensuring the safe operation and long life of your vessel.
Extensive testing including dye penetration, hydro testing, radiographic examination are just some of the measures we use throughout the fabrication process and prior to tank delivery to ensure our strict quality standards are met.
