Mark Oleskiewicz joined TransTech as Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Mark has over 25 years of experience in building business partnerships, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering profitable growth.

He's forged strong relations while serving in progressive roles in General Accounting, Plant/Operations Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis. He has developed high-performing Finance and Accounting Teams with an emphasis on delivering value-added analysis and decision support from all levels of his organization.

Mark has worked for world-class companies including Newell-Rubbermaid Inc., Masco Corporation (KraftMaid Cabinetry), Danaher Corporation (Radiometer America), and Materion Corporation.

Before TransTech, Mark served as the Division Chief Financial Officer for the Performance Materials (PM) segment of Materion. After joining Materion in 2017, he was instrumental in delivering profitable growth from $388M in Net Sales and $10M of EBIT in 2016 to $672M in Net Sales and $108M of EBIT in 2022.

Mark is a CPA (inactive) and graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in accounting.
