As the Director of Customer Experience, Buie is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of the company’s customer relationship management CRM and customer satisfaction strategy.  Additionally, Buie is responsible for all related training programs.

Buie joined TransTech in 2014 as the CRM Coordinator and played a key role in implementing several process improvement initiatives that improved team productivity and customer service. In 2018 he assumed a leadership role in redefining the organization’s mission and values, the “TransTech Way”.
